APTYC.COM was created to give companies a venue to sell excess inventory, outside their primary sales channels with little or no investment.
APTYC is an open web store for both buyers and sellers, offering the ability to quickly search consigned inventory, download vendor datasheets and purchase products online with one easy application.

APTYC for Buyers

APTYC provides buyers with the opportunity to acquire embedded computing components from their original vendors at a fraction of their original price. Sales channels quickly clear out excess or slow moving inventory, for newer and more advanced systems.  This inventory is often left in backrooms across the industry, written off by accountants and forgotten by sales staff.
For the first time APTYC makes available these unused computer products for engineering and design teams around the world.

List Price

The list price of any product on APTYC is drastically reduced from its original price. The amount of that reduction is based on the vendor’s requirements and is not developed by APTYC.   Additional shipping fees of $25.00 will be added to any order under $1000.00.  Orders over $1000.00 will have no additional handling fees.

Shipping

APTYC is not a distributor of the listed products. These products have been consigned by the participating vendors for sale on the APTYC website.  Products will be shipped from the vendor’s location utilizing their standard shipping methods.  Additional shipping fees of $25.00 will be added to any order under $1000.00.  Orders over $1000.00 will have no additional handling fees.

Warranty and Support

APTYC provides no warranty or support for the products listed on its site. These products are listed by the vendors with their specific warranty and support requirements. APTYC assumes no liability for product condition, warranty or support.  Check with vendors regarding any of the following: International Trade Regulations,  Support Issues, Warranty Issues, Return Material Authorization and/or any other support issues.

Payment

APTYC accepts a wide range of payment options. Products purchased through APTYC will not be shipped until payment is received in full from the buyer.  Buyers have the following options available for payment.

  1. Secure Online Credit Card Transaction
  2. Direct Invoice & Payment by Company Check
  3. International Bank Wire Transfer

APTYC for Sellers

APTYC opens a world-wide market to your company’s products. Products that have been moved out of your standard sales channels can be listed to the entire world.  Buyers in the world market often don’t need the latest technology to provide the products and services they are developing.  By providing excess and slow moving inventory on the world stage, you create an additional channel for revenue, and the ability to reach clients otherwise unknown.

What We Provide

  1. An Online Marketplace – APTYC provides you with a complimentary listing on our website with an image of your product, a brief description and a download of the product data sheet.
  2. Product Marketing – APTYC is backed by The RTC Group’s extensive and focused marketing expertise. Advertisements in 75,000 magazines a month, promotional literature at 50 events annually, mention in 10,000 emails a month and a variety of over marketing activities.
  3. Online Payment Verification – APTYC has the ability to charge customers for each order through our online payment options, reducing any invoice risks and accelerating sales.
  4. Shipping Instructions – Once the transaction is complete, APTYC provides the seller with detailed shipping instructions.
  5. Final Payment – Once payment has been made by the buyer, APTYC will send you a final payment for the product(s) reduced by our standard commission rate.

Sellers Manage Inventory

Selling with APTYC is easy.  Vendors manage their own inventory, giving them complete control of their listings.  Shipping, storage and support are all handled directly by the vendor, giving each seller maximum control over the delivery of their listed products.

Sellers Responsible for Shipping

Each seller is responsible for the cost and liability of shipping the product(s).  It is important to figure the cost of shipping into your listing price to ensure correct handling, insurance and shipping costs.  For item of less than $1000.00 a $25.00 shipping fee will be added to the purchase price of the item to cover some/all of these expenses.  For orders more than $1000.00, no additional shipping will be added.  It’s the responsibility of the seller to ensure their online price includes the cost of shipping.

Seller Warranty & Support

APTYC provides no warranty or support for the products listed on its site. These products are listed by the seller with their specific warranty and support requirements. APTYC assumes no liability for product condition, warranty or support.  Sellers should notify the buyer regarding any of the following: International Trade Regulations,  Support Issues, Warranty Issues, Return Material Authorization and/or any other support issues.
